Edgar said this business did not repair his vehicle to his satisfaction on the first visit. He spoke with Eric, the manager, about his experience not being a good one. They missed several areas that needed repair and he needs to return to them when the parts come in so they can redo the work. They missed a large dent on the bottom of the front bumper. He told them they have to contact the insurance company to resubmit the claim. He does not have the luxury of time. He did not recall if they had given him a delivery promise because he was not concerned with when he would get his vehicle. The staff he dealt with were not courteous and they hung up on him at one point. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He will not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned. He would like not to return to them and Geico has given him permission to find another business for repairs. He will be emailing their corporate headquarters because he is disappointed and frustrated.
