Patrick said his experience at this business was made by the staff at this business. The quality was good but it was more about the customer service offered and how knowledgeable they are. He would have appreciated it if they had better communication with him about the status of the repair. They had his vehicle for a week before he contacted his insurance who told him what was going on. His insurance company kept him informed of the status of the repair. He likes the environment they create and he said he knows his vehicle will be repaired correctly when he comes to them.
