Rich said he took his $127,000 vehicle to this business to be fixed and got it back after 10 days in a worse condition. He took the vehicle back a second time and he was promised it would be done in 2 days but it took 7 days. He stated he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not fix the rear bumper that they promised to fix and there was excessive overspray on the passenger window. He stated that he was promised the vehicle at 5:00 pm, when he called at 4:45 pm, the vehicle was not ready, but they did get it to him as promised. Also he mentioned that he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process nor was he satisfied with the communication. Through the email status updates, they claimed his vehicle was in quality assurance for 4 days, if that was true then they would have realized the clear coat was wavy. For these reasons he would not recommend this business nor will he use them in the future.
