Spoke with Fathia's husband. He said he is very disappointed that he was never told how long it was going to take to get a part on back order from Germany. He ended up paying almost $200 more for the insurance for the rental vehicle and if he had been told it was going to take so long he would have taken his vehicle back because he could have driven it. He said there is so much paint film on the mirrors that he can't even see himself. He said he doesn't feel it's his responsibility to get it washed off because it happened while it was being painted. He was supposed to pick his vehicle up the first week of October but he didn't get his vehicle until the following week. He had another fender bender and he will be bringing his vehicle back in to get it repaired. He said he appreciates how nice everyone was and they kept him updated once they started the repairs.
