Sara said this business was very informative about what was going on and they kept updated her throughout the process. There were some things that were beyond their control. They had to get a part they didn't know they would need, but it was pretty timely. They found some additional damage and had to order parts, then they had to wait for approval from the other party's insurance company. The vehicle was ready about a week late. They were very helpful.
