Chris said he was not satisfied with his visit because it took a month before his vehicle was fixed. He said there were different excuses for why his vehicle was not ready. He was told the technician was sick, a fuse needed to be replaced, and that they were busy. He was not informed about the repair process and he had to call this business to find out the status of his vehicle. It was not until he spoke with the manager that the repair process went well. The manager did a really good job.
