Wenquing said the repairs had to be rushed at the end to allow time for the service to be done. He said he was originally told they would also touch up some areas that had been scratched on the vehicle, but they did not. He waited an additional day or two longer than promised for the work to be completed. He said he did not mind the delay, but he would have liked if they had warned him of the possibility of a delay up front.
