Marissa said the work this business did was fantastic, but there were a lot of customer service issues. Her husband pre-arranged a pick up time with this business. He waited for 30 minutes and could not get a hold of anyone at the business, so he ended up walking to them. She took her vehicle in to them on Monday. On Tuesday the insurance company came to this facility to inspect the vehicle. The business could not locate her vehicle or her paperwork. No one at the facility knew anything about her vehicle or what was going on. They told her the vehicle would be done on Wednesday, but it was not done until Thursday due to weather and communication issues. This business did not contact her when her vehicle was ready. She had to call to receive updates on the status of her vehicle. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel for the reasons mentioned. Every time her husband would call them, he could only speak with the person who answered the phone. He was never connected with anyone else, he waited on hold each time. It is very unlikely she would recommend this shop to others for the reasons mentioned.
