Gregory said the length of time this business had the vehicle was much longer than promised. The repair took 35 days. The vehicle was returned with a light that did not work properly. Gregory took the vehicle to another business and had them repair the light. Nothing was wrong with the light but it was not plugged in. This business was supposed to do an alignment but this was not done and the same business that repaired the light also performed the alignment. The promise time was two weeks and it was late by a little more than two weeks. This business did not call to alert Gregory to a delay.They gave varying reasons why the vehicle was not ready. This business would tell him the vehicle was ready and he could pick it up the next day, but when the time came the vehicle would not be ready and another reason would be given for a delay. This was repeated and causes for the delay began to sound untruthful. He became irritated with this. Gregory initiated phone calls to this business for updates and he was able to talk to personnel. He would not recommend this business because of the lateness of the vehicle and the workmanship issues.
