Mark said this business did a good job. There were a few things that weren't communicated well. He said there was a discrepancy between this business' estimate and the estimate from the insurance company, which caused a delay. He said he was worried that he may have had to pay the difference out-of-pocket. They cleared everything up and it was all fine.
