Anne said she is waiting for the manager to call her back regarding the rental situation because Enterprise wants to charge for the extra days that the repair took. She is not happy with the quality because she was told she was getting a new bumper but it was only fixed. The person told her she definitely needed a new one. The repair was delayed about four or five days later than promised and she does not know the reason. She had to be calling them on the status and did not receive a call or email from them. She was not satisfied with the estimate because she was told she would be getting a new bumper. She was not happy with the communication because she was not kept informed, they are not organized and they do not seem to know what they are doing. She called to speak to the manager and the person who answered the phone could not provide her with any information. She will not be recommending this facility for these reasons.
