Spoke with Mary's son-in-law. He said his vehicle was not ready when promised because of the weather. It was snowing very badly where the business was located. It took the business two months for them to complete the repairs on his vehicle. He did not have an estimate prepared for his vehicle because all of the damages were covered by his insurance company. He said overall, he has had quite a few good experiences with the business.
