James said this business gave him an unreliable estimate on the timeframe for his vehicle's repair. He was originally told his vehicle would be completed on a Friday but it took a week longer and he was not given a reason for the delay. He said he thinks the repair was delayed because they wanted more money from the insurance company. The person who prepared his estimate was nice but not accurate on the time frame. Enterprise provided a terrible experience and was not up to the standards that he said he feels should be extended to him as a BMW owner. He will not return to this business if they do not find a solution to the problems he had with Enterprise. He will not recommend them for reasons stated.
