Abhishek said the vehicle was in this business for 52 days which caused him to have to pay $1,000 for the rental vehicle. There is also a new noise in the engine. The promise time for the vehicle was 2 weeks. The vehicle was late by 38 days. This business did not call to alert him to delays. There were emails but the emails could have had more explanations of what was going on. Part of the reason for the long delay was the vehicle was sent to the service department for some mechanical and alignment work. Communications and updates could be improved. He had very little contact with the personnel at this business
