Nancy said the vehicle took longer then the promised date because they found more problems. She did not elaborate on how much longer it took. She said while driving home after five minutes her head gasket was blown. She had to replace the part. When she went to go pick up the vehicle the cover on the windshield was still broke. Her husband called a couple of times to check in on the vehicle because the business did not contact them. She said she will not ever be going back.
