Samuel said in the beginning there was an insurance issue, and an employee of this business was not helpful with it. The employee said he would have to take care of the insurance problem himself. Samuel said he went back to his insurance company and they said the body shop usually helps with this kind of thing. Samuel chose not to describe the insurance problem. The vehicle was late by one day because of a paint issue where a clear film could not be put on until the paint was ready. Samuel said he had to call for all of the updates and to find out about the delay. He was satisfied with the personnel except for the person who was not helpful in the beginning.
