Tom said he was not kept informed because he had to call them once a week. They told him they would call him but never did. That is also the reason why he was not satisfied with the communication. He said his estimate was done at a different business. Everything went fine but they damaged his vehicle during the process but they got everything figured out and they are replacing his wheel.
