Melinda said the work done by the facility was great and she is very happy with what was done. There were several customer service issues, however. The facility had her vehicle for 6 weeks due to additional damage found. She did not get good feedback or responses from the facility concerning the progress of the repairs. She did get emails but she still had to call for more information. When she picked up her vehicle, the exhaust pipe in back was crooked and too low. The facility offered to fix it and said they would get her a loaner while they did. After waiting half an hour for the rental vehicle, she finally went directly to the counter but they did not know anything about her vehicle. She finally decided not to even use the rental. The facility took another week to finish just the exhaust pipe and blamed it on the insurance adjuster for not coming out quickly enough. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
