Mohammad said he was not satisfied with the overall experience because it took such a long time to be repaired. They told him it would take two weeks, but it took over one month. There was an insurance company delay and a few other problems. He was not satisfied with the preparation of the estimate. They did one estimate and then they added onto the estimate and changed it. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this facility to others.
