OMG~Heartfelt THANK YOU to Nancy with BMW Customer Relations, SF BMW service team and John Bernardo. Nancy was instrumental on identifying the team of engineers, service techs etc to help with this project. John was fabulous on taking the time and energy to make sure the hitch installed is appropriate and was transparent throughout. This was evident from the phone call asking giving me the good news and authorization to install a different trim kit to accommodate the hitch down to sending me pictures of the final installation. This allowed me to know everything was fine when I picked up the car. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
