Prompt, exceptional service. Yes, they're a little higher than having the vehicle serviced at a dealership however; they never try to upsell you on any service not needed for your car. The recommendations for future service are always fully explained along with pictures of your vehicle showing where the potential problems could be.

"Friendly Service, Professional Workmanship, & Courtesy Loaners!"
Great Service, as always! This was a BIG service for me! Yearly inspection, including a need for struts, all around, (which I knew about for awhile). I could have got the job done a bit cheaper elsewhere (because I checked around). But I chose to come to BOB's because I trust them to do everything right the 1st time, and they keep a good eye on my vehicle. With a 2005 Hyundai Elantra, 130k+ miles, that I need to keep running, it's worth an extra few bucks for the "piece of mind".

Yvette said they do really good work and they warranty their work. The battery malfunctioned after two years and was under warranty. It is working now. They had to write to the manufacturer, regarding the battery. She recommends them to anyone.

If they tell you about an issue, they are thorough about researching and testing to be 99.9% sure, and will call you with updates throughout the process. No surprises.
