Robert said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher than a 4 because of the following. This business needed to order a part, and they never called Robert to give him a status report regarding the part. He didn't know if his vehicle would be ready the same day, or what was going on. Robert had to call this business to find out what was going on, and they told him they had to reorder the part because the wrong part had been delivered to them. Because of the parts delay Robert got his vehicle back a week later than promised. Because he had to call to find out the status of his vehicle, he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, nor was he satisfied with the shop's communication. Aside from the above this business did a great job on the repair. The personnel were very nice and accommodating. Robert mentioned the person who prepared his estimate was spot on, and he's already recommended this business to others.
