Susan said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because her speaker in her door panel that the business repaired does not work now. The business told her to go to a junk yard and buy a speaker and she spent half a day looking for the part and it was the wrong part. She went to her dealership and they wanted to charge her $300 for the part and $100 to install it. Her parked vehicle was hit by a drunk driver on Halloween and she is still dealing with it in January. Her vehicle was ready 1 week later than promised because her vehicle had a problem with the ignition. She would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. .
