Kathleen said there was a lack of communication on both sides and she didn't quite understand their lingo. She said there was a miscommunication regarding what type of repair should be completed. They were of the understanding they would only be repairing the bumper, but her vehicle had been side-swiped. They got her another rental vehicle and then they fixed her vehicle to her satisfaction.
