Sara said her brakes are perfect and she loves that this business gives her a loaner. She drops her vehicle off the night before, and that way she can go to work and pick up her vehicle after work. They don't do that in Burien and that's why she always goes to Renton. At her last visit, after they'd replaced the serpentine belt, her vehicle vibrated really bad, but they told her they could find nothing on the computer. Her service advisor, Vince, is the best. She really, really likes him. He explains everything, he never rushes, and he never pushes anything. To serve her better this business should have more service advisors like Vince because some of them aren't really helpful. Some of them turn around when she comes in, and Vince is the only one who looks her in the eye, walks up, and asks if he can help her. That's really, really important. Sara works for Nordstrom, that's always talked about at meetings, and now she knows why it's so important. If a person is busy with another customer, they can look at the customer who has just arrived, and tell them they can be with them in a minute. Sara liked that this business took the time to call and follow-up. There was a nice man in the parts department who was really helpful also.
