Sara said her brakes are perfect and she loves that this business gives her a loaner. She drops her vehicle off the night before, and that way she can go to work and pick up her vehicle after work. They don't do that in Burien and that's why she always goes to Renton. At her last visit, after they'd replaced the serpentine belt, her vehicle vibrated really bad, but they told her they could find nothing on the computer. Her service advisor, Vince, is the best. She really, really likes him. He explains everything, he never rushes, and he never pushes anything. To serve her better this business should have more service advisors like Vince because some of them aren't really helpful. Some of them turn around when she comes in, and Vince is the only one who looks her in the eye, walks up, and asks if he can help her. That's really, really important. Sara works for Nordstrom, that's always talked about at meetings, and now she knows why it's so important. If a person is busy with another customer, they can look at the customer who has just arrived, and tell them they can be with them in a minute. Sara liked that this business took the time to call and follow-up. There was a nice man in the parts department who was really helpful also.

Nida said every time she comes in the service is good and they treat her well. She doesn't have any issues with them. It's very convenient for her, as it's close to her work. This has very good customer service and it's located in a good area.

Cherrielyn stated they were really nice. Initially, she went to Michael's Toyota in Bellevue. They would not let her test drive the vehicle she wanted until they had completed a credit check. Her dad suggested they go to this business instead. She was happy she came to this dealership.

Marcus said the business did a very good job and his salesman was wonderful. The business could serve him better by having their service department be a little more proactive and have more verification on what they do. He thinks the business's service department leaves out some of the things they should do but he chose not to elaborate any further.

Greg said that he wanted to have the vehicle washed and detailed but opted to just have the standard service included with his visit. He found that the vehicle was not washed at all when he arrived to pick the vehicle up. He expected the service to be performed and was not told why it had not been. He assumes it was because his vehicle may not have survived the process. He really wanted the vehicle detailed but since the business did not even bother to do the standard car wash, he chose not to have any extra services performed at all.
