Service without a hitch, that what you get when you get your car serviced at Bob's Service Center. Unlike some other garages, there don't tend to be any surprises at Bob's. Coffee, and a paper are there for their customer's discretion. The only aspect that could be better would be a more inviting waiting room. With that, I would give Bob's a five star rating.

Thanks for the comment. I'm afraid I've got to agree, our waiting room does leave something to be desired. However, I am in the process of talking to different contractors to get an idea of what the Town of Hartford will and won't let me get away with in regards to an addition to make a larger waiting area.
