Spoke with Sara. She said due to an unspecified typo on her registration from the State of Vermont, she will have to return to the business to have a necessary inspection redone. She mentioned her vehicle passed the initial inspection performed by them and she was charged the appropriate fee but due to the typo issue, she will have to pay again to have the inspection reperformed. She was not upset with the business but with the entire situation. This business was able to get the necessary part very fast and were very nice to her during the experience.
