A Little Scatter Brained
Overall my experience was great! Everyone there was friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do. My only complaint was that they didn't tell me they needed specific paperwork for my vehicle and I had to find someone to drive me there and back again in the middle of the workday. Next time I'll ask them before I come if there's anything I'll need to bring, as the person who is making the appointment may not actually know/provide that information.
