Frank said the first time he went to this business he went in to have his tires rotated, an oil change and to have his bearing fixed. When he got it back they had done everything he asked except fixed his bearing. He brought the vehicle in a second time and when they were fixing the bearing they broke his wheel speed fencer and he was upset. He does not have time to bring in his vehicle a third time and does not have a second vehicle to drive around.

Frank said he told this business what was wrong with his vehicle when he dropped it off, but when he came to pick it up it was not repaired. He had to take the vehicle back a second time.

Frank,
     Thanks for taking the time to give us a review and to share your experience with us. We appreciate very much that you would recommend us to others although I'm sorry for the inconvenience of having to bring the car back a second time. It appears that for the first appointment that you had with us we had enough time scheduled to change the oil, rotate the tires and to check for some noise in the car. Unfortunately we didn't have the extra 3 hours needed to change the front wheel bearing of your car.
     As noted on the invoice, the left front wheel speed sensor broke during disassembly because of rust and had to be special ordered. Roger will be in contact with you shortly for us to finish the job.
