Spoke with David. He said he dropped it off and the business said the vehicle would possibly be done by the weekend. They never updated him after the weekend. He had to contact them. He was never given a promise date.

Spoke with Lauren. She said this facility did a great job and they were pretty convenient but the job was pretty small. She was the one who contacted them to be updated. They did not try to contact her. The staff was nice but not very friendly. She was not given a promise of time. They told her they hoped they would have the work done by that Friday. When she called, they told her it was ready but the time was 4:45 pm and they closed at 5:30 pm. If she had not had a chance to pick it up, it would've stayed there over the weekend.
