Victor said everything is good and the quality of repair was perfect. There was a scratch on the driver's side mirror and a scratch on the passenger's side bumper that the insurance company told him was not part of the accident. He said he was pretty upset with this.

Anand said he thinks everything was done properly. There was a little bit of a delay. They told him it would take 3 or 4 days but it took them 5 or 6 days. They did not tell him why there was a delay but it was not a problem. His experience was good. He was kept adequately informed. They just called him once and he called them once after 4 or 5 days.

Ekaette said she was mostly satisfied with the experience. She was not kept updated on the repair. She had to call them to initiate the information needed then they did a good job to inform her. She could not find out what was wrong with the vehicle but finally they informed her. Kenny was a big help and he was awesome.

Arnold said the repair at this business took a lot longer than it should have. They obviously do not have a furnace to bake painted metal surfaces. That would be equipped with infrared heaters that could get the job done whether it was sunny or wet outside. He chose not to evaluate how they treated him but said he was a little irked because the repair process took so long. He was barely kept adequately informed. He called them himself on a Saturday and was told the employee he would deal with was not present. They kept him hanging on the delivery date. They originally told him his vehicle would be ready on a Friday but when Friday arrived, they pushed the delivery date back. They called him on the following Monday to let him know his vehicle was ready. He would recommend them but it would not be a strong recommendation for the reasons mentioned.
