Steven said everything was fine. The business did the work and he did not have to pay so it worked out fine. He did not interact with the staff because his wife picked up the vehicle. The business did not give him a date that the vehicle would be ready. He would not recommend the business because he had a bad experience with them in the past, but he chose not to elaborate further.
