Bob said the work they did was fine, but he does not like their people skills. He had a flat tire and when he picked it up, they put some air into it. He looked at the tire later and there were some rusted nails. It did not look like that before his visit. A used tire was put on. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because this business had his vehicle for a month and the tire situation. The inside of his vehicle was dirty but he put some Armour All on the seats to help it out a little. He was not happy about that. They did not call to notify him it was ready and he called to find out it would be done in a couple of hours. This business had his vehicle for about a month due to waiting on parts and paperwork. He would not recommend them because of this situation. He brought a tire lock himself and they charged the insurance company.
