Leonore said the business had a misunderstanding each time she attempted to pick up her vehicle. The business did not come to a mutual understanding with her for the pick up date as they were closed on Sundays. They would call her when it was almost closing time. She was not treated well. The employees were not very knowledgeable. She said the business misplaced the keys for her vehicle so she was not able to take home her vehicle the day her vehicle was ready and was charged an additional day from the rental company because of the mistake the business made.
