Matt said he went to this business to have his vehicle looked at. At that time, he made arrangements to drop the vehicle off before he left on vacation, which was about a month away. They told him he could and they would take that time to order parts. He dropped off the vehicle and went on vacation for six days. When he returned, no work had been done to the vehicle. He asked them to book a rental vehicle for him, and when he got to the rental facility they had no record of anyone booking a rental for him. The vehicle was delayed because they found additional damages but was not sure exactly how much longer it took. When he went to pick up his vehicle, it looked like the rear bumper was not attached, but he was told it would be fine. He said he does not know if it is going to last. There is a lack of communication there and he would not return or recommend them as a result.
