Lachija said the communication regarding the status of her vehicle could have been better. When the vehicle was dropped off they told her the vehicle would be ready within a week. When dropping off her vehicle on Monday they noted it would be ready by Friday. She had not heard anything by Thursday so she called them on Friday. It was at that time she was told the vehicle would be delayed and they would call her on Wednesday. However, they did not follow through. They called her on Friday at 4 pm to communicate the vehicle was ready and they close at 6 pm. She had to rush from Boston to Wasmond before they closed. When the bumper was removed damages were found that weren't seen on the surface. Customers from the Post Office recommended the business to her.
