Frank said his vehicle was ready 5 minutes late because they forgot to add a light bulb in his tail light. He wouldn't refer this business to his friends and family because he explicitly stated on his paperwork that he did not want to receive emails from the business, but he has been receiving them. He would like the business to remove his email address from their list and he doesn't want to receive any future emails.
