Kerri said she gave the 3 because of the overall situation with Boch Collision Center. She gave the 6 out of 10 for treatment because while she was in for the repair she discovered that her vehicle did not have an alarm, which she had paid for during her purchase here. Kerri feels she would never had been here if she had the alarm and she is upset about that, that is why she would never recommend this business to anyone.

We don't feel that this customer's issue has anything to do with the repairs performed by us. It seems that she has an issue with the dealership where she purchased the vehicle regarding the alarm.
