Aiyu said they did not even touch her front bumper when it was supposed to be repainted. She added that she has been waiting for her body technician to contact her insurance agent so she can return the vehicle and have the front bumper repaired as well. He ignores her phone calls and never returns any of her messages. She and her insurance company have been trying to get a hold of him for a while now and they have not heard anything back. She said his excuse is that he is too busy. She feels like he is ignoring her and her vehicle is not important to him. When she dropped off the vehicle, he just took the keys from her and did not go over any details with her. She expected him to at least give her an explanation of the work they will be performing when she turned it over. She was never promised a time for her vehicle to be ready, they just called her when it was finished. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. She chose this business because she purchased it from their affiliated dealership and she wanted the vehicle to have factory parts and paint used for the repair. Before she left this business she inspected the vehicle and there were scratches on the rear passenger door that were not there before. The vehicle was also very dirty inside and out. She is not sure how they did it but there was a dirty footprint on the passenger door.

On this vehicle we had a delay with the insurance company. We had to wait for the insurance company to verify coverages before giving us approval to begin repairs. The insurance company would only allow us to buff the front bumer cover, they would not allow us to repair and repaint it. Our phone log does show that our advisor periodically called the customer and left messages while the vehicle was in for service. Upon drop off this vehicle was dirty on the outside so we did not notice any scratches on the door.
