Charles said this business did not have any communication with him. They did not tell him what was going on. He had to call them himself. The repair was significantly delayed. The repairs were supposed to be done in two weeks, but it took over a month due to an insurance company delay. If they have more communication and give a more accurate assessment, he would be happier.
