Joanna said the staff is great and Jaime was awesome. It took a long time for the repair to be completed and it was like two months. The customer service was great. There were issues with the sliding door on the driver side and about every third time, the track gets stuck. The promised date was getting pushed back and it was kind of frustrating. The reason for the delay includes something to do with the electrical system.
