Katheryn said the business did not update her on the status of her vehicle. She called them to check the status and it took 48 hours before they returned her call. Her vehicle was delayed, but she could not recall exactly how long or the reason why. She wishes they at least would have emailed her.

I saw that the advisor did call and the calls had gone to voice mail, not sure if the same person answered thier voice mails but attempts where made. Sometimes this happens and messages to get to the right person.
