Jeffrey said the service was good, but after they hooked up his new battery, he expected them to set his vehicle clock and radio for him. When he arrived to pick up his vehicle, he had to wait around. The employees ignored him and did not tell him they would be with him shortly. His vehicle was three days late and they did not give him an explanation.
