Cory stated when the staff started working on his vehicle, they needed the insurance carrier to complete an additional appraisal service on his vehicle for approval of additional work. As a result, it took an additional three or four days for the insurance carrier to get the appraisal completed before the staff could start the repair services. Then the staff was able to provide their level of repair services on time as promised. He has been very happy with all of the repair services he received on past experiences.
