Ralph said he would rate his overall experience with the business a 3 because when they called him on Tuesday they informed him that his vehicle repairs were ahead of schedule. He was expecting to receive his vehicle by the end of the week but he did not hear back from them until the following week. For this reason he also rated the way he was treated by the business a 5. He was not given a promised time for the vehicle repairs. He would not refer this shop to friends of family because he does not know anyone else who owns a Honda. He also stated on a previous visit he had to wait along time to receive his vehicle even though the repairs had been completed earlier.

Unfortunatley we were running ahead of schedule on the repairs but then ran into a situation with a few parts on backorder which created a delay.
