Paul said they have always been good to him. He said he has never had an issue. His vehicle was ready ahead of time. He suggested that it would be great if he could register at the pick-up window and he would like to pay cash or with personal checks. He said during his last visit he was able to pay cash, but they didn't have change and they had to go to another building to get it. He said it would help the customers if they were to have the cash available at the window or if they at least accepted personal checks.
