Jason said even though he got his vehicle back two days late because they couldn't match up the paint. He had a wonderful experience because of Duane, this business's manager. He stated Duane is one of the best people he has dealt with regarding the following circumstances, and he was wonderful. Duane explained to Jason they couldn't match up the paint perfectly because his vehicle had already been in an earlier accident, and when they painted it in Japan they didn't add a chemical that was needed for the paint pigmentation. Jason expressed Duane explained everything to him, called him with progress updates, and told Jason when he would be getting his vehicle back. Jason stated that he has a handicap, and Duane offered him rides home, and offered to pick him up at his home. He remarked everyone at this business was pleasant, nice, courteous, and concerned.
