Janet said her vehicle was delayed due to a railed alignment, internal damage and paint bubbling on the edge of the door at the top. Due to the holidays, the communication was not as good as it had been when her vehicle first went into the business. After three attempts to release the vehicle to her, it finally got back to her after the above stated reasons were corrected. The entire job took a month. That was longer than she expected and she is okay with it now.
