Marilyn said she called this business at 10:00 am to see if her vehicle was ready. A representative told her that it was ready but they needed to wash it. She went at 2:30 pm to pick up her vehicle but it had not been washed yet. She could no longer wait so she left with a dirty vehicle. She could not evaluate how she was treated by the business because of the vehicle not being washed. She did not understand why it would take so long to get a vehicle washed. She would recommend this business to others because they did good work on her vehicle. She has used this business before and the business has always had good work.
