John said the repair completed by this business took longer than he expected, a total of two weeks. The only way he found out what was going on with his vehicle, was if he called them. They only called him when his vehicle was done. He was not given a promise date but he was not happy with the time it took them to finish. He would not recommend this business because of this issue.

Mr> Amorim, After looking into our telephone log Mr Amorim was called on three different dates ,Michelle left voice messages on each occasion regarding the parts since the vehicle is a newer model parts weren't available that soon. Unfortunely the customer didn't get his messages.
